Experienced Client Service Representative
We are looking to add to our skilled team of Client Service Representatives. Position is FULL TIME (32-40 hrs/week) or PART TIME (less than 30 hrs/week) with shift times varying. (7am-1pm, 12pm-6pm, 7am-6pm). Must be able to work rotating Saturday mornings.
Must be friendly, personable, outgoing, have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and be able to prioritize properly. Candidate must show initiative to strive to learn clients and patients by first name basis and juggle multiple phone lines while checking clients in and out and maintaining a top level of customer service while doing so. Must also learn veterinary knowledge including vaccination protocols, heartworm prevention, medications (purpose, how to administer, dosing), lab work testing, & time sensitive testing in order to schedule correctly.
Candidate must be dependable and willing to work in a fast-paced companion animal, 4 doctor, AAHA accredited practice. We pride ourselves in high quality patient and client care. Daily duties include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting all clients and pets by name,informing clients of expected waiting time, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and reception area. Reception duties including answering all incoming calls, screening and directing calls to appropriate doctor or staff member, documenting all client communications, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, reviewing treatment plans for services, reminding clients what services pets are due for, reviewing protocols with clients for specific appointments.
Financial responsibilities include verifying charges, taking cash/credit card payments accurately, reconciling the daily log at end of the day. We are a paperless practice, so candidate must be tech-savvy, able to type quickly and be able to properly use the computer software system to accurately and efficiently search for information and document all communications.
*A minimum of 1 year of Veterinary Hospital Experience is a MUST* *This is a long-term position so only serious candidates should apply*

Experienced Veterinary Technician
We are wanting to add to our fantastic team of Veterinary Technicians! Position is FULL TIME (32-40 hours/week). Candidates must be available during our business hours of 7am-6pm Monday-Friday & be available to work rotating Saturday mornings.
Must be friendly, have a positive attitude, have great client communication skills, have excellent technical skills, have excellent veterinary knowledge, be able to work well in a team atmosphere, be able to multi-task, be time-efficient, and be able to prioritize properly. Appointment technician duties include admission and discharge of appointments, client communication and education, reviewing treatment plans with client, serving as liaison between doctor and client.
Candidate must be dependable and have strong work ethic. SAH is a tech-driven 4 doctor companion animal, AAHA accredited practice.
