Dr. Amanda Gilbert - Veterinarian

Dr. Amanda Gilbert graduated from veterinary school at Louisiana State University in 2021, where she also earned her certification in veterinary acupuncture.

She began her career in San Antonio, practicing both emergency and general medicine for dogs, cats, and exotics. In 2022, Dr. Gilbert moved to Houston to be closer to family and has been proudly serving the Pearland community with compassionate, personalized veterinary care ever since.

Her clinical interests include geriatric care, ultrasound, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and ophthalmology. Dr. Gilbert is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Gilbert enjoys spending time with her husband and their baby boy, Duke, born in July of 2024. His energy keeps her on her toes and fills her days with joy! Being a new mom has brought even more fulfillment and perspective to her life. She also shares her home with a spirited cat named Duckie, who ensures there's never a dull moment. In her free time, Dr. Gilbert enjoys swimming, gardening, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She loves spending time outdoors, embracing nature whenever she can. Whether at work or at home, her passion for animals and commitment to nurturing life are evident in all she does.
